Summer Lawn Maintenance

(May 1 – October 31)

1. All lawn areas to be cut as growth requires and not less than 5 cm.
2. All clippings to be removed that are determined excessive.
3. All trimming to be done when grass is cut.
4. All lawn areas to be inspected for insects, diseases weekly.
5. All flowerbeds, sidewalks driveways and curbs to be edged weekly.
6. All shrubs, trees and roses to be inspected for insects and diseases weekly.
7. All shrubs and evergreens to be trimmed as required.
8. All soil gardens to be cultivated, weeded, edged and cleaned weekly.
9. All mulched gardens to be weeded, edged and cleaned weekly.
10. All sidewalks, driveways and patios to be cleaned of debris weekly.
11. Vegetation control from crack and crevices to be completed as required.
12. Lawn Care Program chosen to be provided throughout the season.
13. Supply and install annual flowers as discussed. (extra)
